Cookie Policy

RLY uses cookies minimally. This page explains exactly what we set, why, and how to remove them. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

01

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They allow a site to remember information between page loads — such as whether you have accepted a banner or are logged in to a dashboard.

RLY uses cookies only where strictly necessary for the site to function. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites or to build advertising profiles.

02

Cookies We Use

The RLY landing page sets the following cookies:

NamePurposeDuration
rly_cookie_consentRemembers that you have acknowledged the cookie banner so it does not reappear1 year

The RLY dashboard (agent.replylikeyou.com) sets:

NamePurposeDuration
rly_sessionKeeps you logged in to your dashboard across page loads. Cleared on logout.Session / logout
rly_themeStores your dashboard display preference (dark / light)1 year

No analytics, advertising, or social-media cookies are set by RLY.

03

Third-Party Cookies

RLY does not embed third-party widgets, ad networks, or social share buttons that set their own cookies on this site.

The only third-party content that may indirectly set cookies are Google Fonts (used to load the Inter typeface). Google Fonts serves fonts via CDN and may set performance cookies. You can review Google's policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

04

How to Control Cookies

You can manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings:

Deleting the rly_session cookie will log you out of the dashboard. Deleting rly_cookie_consent will cause the consent banner to reappear on your next visit. Other functionality is not affected.

05

Consent

When you first visit the RLY landing page, a banner asks you to acknowledge our use of cookies. Clicking "Got it" sets the rly_cookie_consent cookie so the banner does not appear again. You can withdraw this by clearing that cookie through your browser.

The rly_session cookie on the dashboard is strictly necessary for authentication and does not require separate consent under most cookie regulations.

06

Changes to This Policy

If we add new cookies or change how existing ones are used, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above. We will re-display the consent banner on the landing page if new non-essential cookies are introduced.
